Yes, customers will need to perform onboarding through the MyMy App first before performing the Face-To-Face verification. The reason is once Face-To-Face verification is completed, a message will be sent through the MyMy App to confirm the verification is approved and customer will need to perform a top-up of a minimum of RM20 to obtain the MyMy Prepaid Card.
Customer can opt to perform the onboarding first via the MyMy App and then schedule the appointment for Face-To-Face verification with MyMy Onboarding Personnel or perform the onboarding via the MyMy App concurrently during the Face-to-Face verification.
