How can I report Suspicious Links or Suspicious Transactions and Activities?

    1. If you suspect your MyMy Prepaid Card or E-Wallet has been compromised. This includes payment performed without your knowledge or approval and conducted through dishonest means to initiate payment or transaction for unintended party https://www.my-my.com/report-phishing
    2. If you come across any suspicious links which you receive via email or SMS https://www.my-my.com/report-phishing


    Alternatively, you could also contact the National Scam Response Centre (NSRC) by dialing 997 to report a scam. The operating hours are from Monday to Sunday, 8.00am to 8.00pm (including public holidays).
