How do you tell if MyMy is genuinely trying to contact you?

    MyMy will only contact you via the following channels:

    1. Email: support@mymy.cards
    2. Phone: 011-3325 3265
    3. Push notifications directly into MyMy Mobile App

    MyMy will not contact you via the following channels, as such please be extra vigilant when you come across these types of communications:

    1. Calls or messages via WhatsApp
    2. Emails other than support@mymy.cards
    3. SMS or text messages
    4. Using personal mobile number or any other number besides MyMy registered phone number as above.
