What should I do if my Card is lost or stolen?

    First, open the MyMy App and tap on the Lock Card feature within the app.

    Next, please send us a report via the lost/stolen card form on the website or alternatively email us at support@my-my.com to get a replacement card.

    The replacement card fee is RM10.00
