For general enquiries, please reach out to support@mymy.cards. Please input your Name, Mobile Number and any additional information that may be useful when submitting your enquiries and we will respond accordingly.
Disputes
For any disputes, please send in the information through https://www.my-my.com/report-dispute or write to support@mymy.cards. We will proceed to investigate the dispute and update you accordingly.
In the event you are not satisfied with our decision, you may refer to the Ombudsman for Financial Services (OFS) within 6 months from the date of our decisioning. Please visit OFS website at https://www.ofs.org.my to understand the procedure of lodging a dispute with OFS.
Lost or Stolen
Please lock your card immediately via MyMy App under Card Icon>Lock Card if your card is lost or stolen. Please go to https://www.my-my.com/report-lost-stolen and input the relevant details.
If your mobile phone and card is lost or stolen, please go to https://www.my-my.com/report-lost-stolen and input the relevant details.
You may also write to support@mymy.cards to report Lost or Stolen instances.
We will block the card immediately and issue you a new card. A fee of RM10 will be charged and deducted from your MyMy Account before we proceed with the card replacement.
