How to know if MyMy is contacting you

    MyMy will only contact you via the following channels:
    1. Email: support@mymy.cards or support@my-my.com
    2. Phone: +6011 3325 3265
    3. Push notifications directly into MyMy Mobile App
    MyMy will not contact you through these channels as below:  
    1. Calls or messages via WhatsApp
    2. Emails other than support@mymy.cards or support@my-my.com
    3. SMS or text messages
    4. Using personal mobile number or any other number besides MyMy official phone number as stated (+6011 3325 3265)
    Please be vigilant if you come across these types of communications and do not attempt to click the link or reply to the messages.

    Do not fall victim to scams! Always be vigilant and protect yourself.
