What happens during Face-To-Face verification process?

The customer is required to sign a declaration form allowing MyMy’s Onboarding Personnel to conduct the Face-To-Face verification. During the process, MyMy’s Onboarding Personnel checks the customer’s identification document to ensure its authenticity and validates the customer’s physical appearance to ensure it matches their identification document.
